OFFF was born in Barcelona, Spain, 24 years ago- to connect talents, share creativity and inspire ideas.
Today it is one of the most esteemed international festivals, that focuses on the global development of visual design and innovation. OFFF is a series of conferences, workshops, performances and activities- but most of all, it is a meeting point for collaborators and a hub for cultural commotion, where creators and emerging talent join forces, motivate each other and share interests.

  • What is OFFF TLV?
    OFFF TLV is a visual design festival, and a part of the OFFF series of conferences founded originally in Barcelona in 2001. This is the 5th year of OFFF TLV, held in Tel Aviv- a city known for design & innovation. At OFFF TLV you can enjoy two days of a hand-picked line-up of lectures, workshops, performances and activities. But most of all, it is a meeting point for collaborators and a real cultural community- where creators, students, and emerging talent join to get inspired and share new interests.
  • Who is the festival for?
    OFFF TLV is a highly anticipated design event that welcomes a diverse range of attendees. It is ideal for professionals and enthusiasts from startups, gaming, branding, UX/UI, interactive design, animators, post-production, advertising, photographers, 3D artists, illustrators, motion designers, broadcasting, as well as creative individuals seeking inspiration and networking opportunities.   • Where will the talks take place?
    All lecture halls are located in the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, which is located in Sderot Sha'ul HaMelech 27, Tel Aviv-Yafo- map. The Tel Aviv Museum of Art is Israel’s largest art museum opened in 1932, before even the state of Israel was established. The museum has a great collection of works by both Israeli and leading international artists showcased in an incredible building, and this is an amazing opportunity for you to visit this place during the conference and see it’s beauty. OFFFTLV Tip: Where’s the best place to meet up with friends? Make sure you check out our chill zone to meet new people and network on coffee or beer!
  • What about drinks and food?
    You can enjoy a great cup of coffee or even a pint of beer at our stands. As for food- you can find both snacks as well as bigger lunch options at our chill-out zone, at fair prices. There are always vegan options too! (Did you know that Israel is the most vegan-friendly country in the world?) OFFF TLV tip: Want to go out to eat near the museum? There are plenty of nearby cafes, bakeries, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, on streets such as Ibn Gvirol and Weizmann.
  • What are the hours of the event?
    The lectures will run throughout the day, starting from the morning and continuing until the evening. The final lineup and detailed agenda, including specific hours for each activity, will be announced closer to the event. We encourage you to stay tuned for updates and the official schedule.   • Are the talks and workshops in English?
    OFFF TLV is an international festival, and so all talks, workshops and other events are indeed in English.
  • Are the lectures in the 2 halls running at the same time?
    The lectures at OFFF TLV are held in 2 halls, along with a chill zone where the main hall lecture is screened for those who prefer to enjoy it outdoors. While the lectures may overlap, there is a 10-20 minute difference before they start. This allows attendees who wish to attend lectures in different halls the opportunity to move between them with a short 2-minute walk. A line-up will be provided at the festival to help you plan your schedule and make informed choices about which lectures to attend. We recommend checking the schedule in advance to optimize your time and ensure you don't miss any sessions of interest. The decision to schedule lectures in 2 halls simultaneously at OFFF TLV is made to offer attendees a diverse range of topics and speakers to choose from. By running lectures concurrently, we aim to provide a rich and varied program that caters to the diverse interests and preferences of our attendees. While this may require some decision-making on your part, we believe it creates an immersive and engaging experience where you can select the talks that align with your interests the most. Additionally, we provide a lineup at the festival, allowing you to plan your schedule in advance and make the most of your time at the event.
  • Are there allocated seats in the halls?
    OFFF TLV is a dynamic festival with various attractions to explore, such as the Fun Zone, artists' market, food booths, and other enjoyable activities surrounding the museum. In order to ensure a fair and inclusive experience for all attendees, we kindly request that seats in the halls are not saved. Therefore, seating is available on a first come, first served basis. To secure your spot for a talk by your favorite designer, we recommend arriving a few minutes earlier to the hall. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating an enjoyable and equitable environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!
  • Can I get out and come back again to the event?
    Yes, you are allowed to exit and re-enter the event as long as you are wearing the wristband provided to you. The wristband serves as your access pass and allows you to freely move in and out of the event locations. However, please be aware that certain locations may experience unexpected crowding, which could result in queuing or waiting in line again to re-enter. It is important to keep your wristband on during the entire two-day duration of the event. Please note that the wristband is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be given to another person. If you attempt to transfer your wristband to someone else, you risk being denied entry to the event.
  • Why do I need the wristband?
    The wristband serves as your access pass to enter and exit the event. By wearing the wristband, you have the freedom to move in and out of the event as needed. It ensures that you can enjoy the full experience of the event without any interruptions. We kindly request that you keep the wristband on throughout the entire two-day duration of the event. This helps our staff and security personnel identify authorized attendees and maintain a smooth and enjoyable event environment.

    Yes, the festival is designed to accommodate new parents. All three halls of the event are accessible, and there are designated Baby Changing Stations available for your convenience. In the Main Building, you can find the Baby Changing Station on Level -1, and in the Paul and Herta Amir Building, it is located on Level 0. Additionally, if you prefer, you can enjoy the festival's lecture screenings in the open-air fun zone yard. It's a great opportunity to relax and engage with the content while enjoying the outdoor ambiance.

    Your ticket includes 2 full days of inspiration, creativity, and growth. You'll hear lectures by the global industry's top creatives, which take place at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art in 2 main halls. You will also have access to the relaxing chill-out zone, as well as the cool artists' market, and of course - you can network with other festival attendees, design studios, speakers, and meet plenty of interesting people. Another bonus? You'll receive an atendee bag at the registration stand - something to remember us by!
  • Can I purchase a one-day pass ticket for OFFF TLV 2023?
    No, OFFF TLV 2023 does not offer one-day pass tickets. The tickets available are for the full two-day event, and they are not transferable. Attempting to pass your ticket to another person may result in the ticket being invalidated, and you may be denied entry to the event.
  • Is there any discount for students?
    No, we offer special discounted tickets for individuals during the mega early and early bird sale periods. However, please note that the number of discounted tickets is limited, and they are available for a limited time only.
  • Is there any discount for groups?

You will need to include your name as the buyer and the name of the attendee for whom you are purchasing the ticket.   • Can I split the bill and pay with two different cards?
    No, it is not possible to split the bill and pay with two different cards in a single transaction. You will need to complete the purchase with one card and then make a separate transaction with the other card if you wish to divide the payment between two different cards.
  • Can I pay with PayPal, Bit, or Paybox?
    No, only credit cards are accepted as a payment method for purchasing tickets. Unfortunately, PayPal, Bit, and Paybox are not supported for payment at this time.
  • How many installments can I pay for the ticket?
    You can pay for the ticket in three installments.
  • I bought the ticket but didn't receive the receipt.

Sometimes the receipt email may end up in your spam or junk folder, so please make sure to check there as well.   • I need to cancel my ticket, what should i do?

  • If I can't make it to the OFFF TLV event, how can I sell my tickets?

If you wish to sell/transfer your OFFF TLV tickets, please note that ticket resale can only be done more than 48 hours before the event (8:00 AM on October 13, 2023). For resale, please send an email to Tickets@offftlv.com and CC the buyer. Include your ticket details, as well as the buyer's full name, email address, and phone number. Note: 1. Only the original ticket holder can reach out and resell the tickets. 2. It is not possible to change the buyer's name on the invoice for OFFF TLV tickets.   • I'm not from Tel Aviv, Where should I stay?"
    It’s easy to find accommodation for every budget in Tel Aviv- from hostels for a few crowns to luxury hotels. We recommend using Airbnb.com or Booking.com.
  • Is there a cheap way to get around?
    Sure! You can use busses, you can go by foot, you can get a taxi (using Gett). Also Tel Aviv is bike friendly city - you can rent a bike or a scooter (Lime or Bird) every 500 meters, and use it for half hour or a whole day.
  • What else should I know about Tel Aviv?
    Tel Aviv is the best place for combining business and pleasure. Over the years, the city has evolved into one of the world's leading hubs for technology, innovation and design. Tel Aviv is also known as a non-stop location for nightlife, parties, concerts, food, and culture. What's more- we’re the number one vegan city of the world! So you'll be able find the most delicious and fresh hummus everywhere, of course :) OFFF TLV tip: Make sure to have another day or two during your stay, to visit the Old City of Jaffa, browse the Carmel Market, taste some incredible cuisine, and just explore the area. Don't forget to make some time for the beach too!
  • I'm pretty shy, how can I meet new people and do some networking?
    Don’t worry! Just hang around the chill-out zone, people in Tel-Aviv are very friendly and easy to talk to. Some might even approach you first! Remember that you are around creative and passionate people, and all of us at the festival have something in common.
